Spherical needle roller bearings provide a compact solution in applications where space is limited. Due to the large number of rollers, they have a large load-bearing capacity. In its internal design, a convex outer ring accommodates the two concave housing rings in the tensile sleeve, allowing the bearing to withstand initial static misalignment. If the shaft cannot be hardened and ground, a bearing without an inner ring is the best choice for a compact bearing arrangement.
